I was just thinking this earlier. The circle is definitely smaller. Whether the range is different or not, too hard to tell. That's assuming the dart isn't just a dud that does nothing, as frequently happens. Can we please get a fix to our dart? It already marks us on the map, is really loud, has very few charges, has very limited range, lasts only a short while, and gives us no exp. Can it at least work?
