   I use primarily regeneration 4 on my LA and HA depending on the situation, battle hardened 3 on my HA, sensor shield 4 on my Infiltrator, EOD HUD 3 on all my MAX loadouts, hold breath 3 on certain sniping loadouts, and that's about it. Most implants I get are nanocycled.
