Its certainly not immediate. As I understand, it is something that has to be verified and proofed by hand before they approve it being distributed. Last time, it took about 3-4 weeks. Thank you for asking simply and nicely, and not making a 4 page rage post about it.
When I playtested years ago, it took some time as well. Can't remember how long, but it was a pleasant surprise (I never tested specially for the helmet)

Remember Narnite Sysems Cooperation is a profit oriented company unlike the fraction specific ones.
