I feel the same thing for mending field : for once I have an implant that have synergy with shield recharge field, it work only at rank 5 and can't heal the targets with 301 hp or more.
Simbiote would make for a pretty slick counter-sniping medic, assuming it applies to the head. Everything else is pretty underwhelming, but I'd rather see them be careful than release something broken. But I do hope they update these a bit.
