Error NBE-1013

They just posted on Facebook

"We are currently experiencing connectivity issues with our login and ecommerce servers. Our Operations Team is investigating."

Same over here, Great doing this right in the middle of a double EXP weekend SOE, you better extend it.

yes, why would they ever respond to a silly support forum when facebook is available.

Yep and it will be fixed as soon as double XP weekend has concluded.

Not cool, I is moving tomorrow and I wanted to get them Certs from the 2XW and now i get nothing :/

I'm having the same issue right now and I'm a subscriber =|
already restarted internet connection, PC and steam, the error still persists.

Yea its NBE not NDE, i've seen more people posting a few minutes ago, it might be some server issues.

Also frozen out during a double xp weekend I should be able to benefit from.

i have the same problem.
on Google i see the same problem happened in may 2014 and December 2013,
for so far as i can see there is no rapid fix and we have to wait on SOE to fix the game.

i hoop they fix it fast
