as someone who works in tech support, things break a lot more often than you'd think, these systems are incredibly complex... honestly it's a bloody miracle they even work 1% of the time let alone 99% of the time. as long as they are quick to respond, and will go out of their way to consider the impact it has (i.e. us members losing out on double xp weekend), I really can't complain, this game is still awesome.
Yep this is pretty lame, i go to re log out of PS2 and poof, the bloody error occurs. Just wonderful.

Getting same error here too. I even tried logging out and back in and now its saying an error occurs when i try logging in.
Now I'm even more annoyed after also getting jacked on the "200 free certs" reimbursement because the person who announced it doesn't write English so good.
