  1. AxiomInsanity87

I have chars on all but 1 server and they all suffer low pop early am but that's life.
  2. OldMaster80

    1- Redeployside
2- Lack of strategy in battles (unfinished resources system)
3- Still some nasty bugs even if the situation in general iw not so bad.
  3. Mxiter

    1) unfinished ressource system making everything spammable
    2) Meta-game:
-Too much incentive to mindless farm with no goal (XP bonus for defenders combined to redeployside ect....)
-No rewards for strategy (cutting off lattices)
    ect
    3) Bugfixes

  4. MonnyMoony

    1. Bugs. Whether it's stupid things like being taken to a different continent map from the one you are on when trying to spawn or spawn points from other continents showing up on the map (and if you select them inadvertently - you swap continents), to headless enemies, hitching and game freezes.

    2. Units are too diverse in their remit IMO - they should be more specialised. Combat medics should not be as effective in CQC as LAs. Personally I think Engineers and medics should have their primary weapons removed and should rely on sidearms - but should be given better protection and better tools. ESFs should be more specialised in air to air combat and have their infantry and vehicle farming options nerfed or removed. AV should be what the lib is for and AI should be the Valks speciality (perhaps modify the valk to have sponson mounted AI weapons - rather than rumble seats). The galaxy should be more general purpose allowing it to provide covering fire for the infantry it is dropping off.

    3. Lattice needs and overhaul and there needs to be more goals to playing than just farming or zerging from base to base.
  5. Subject851

    1. Infiltrators not being the fastest class despite carrying the least amount of gear. Shouldnt have to equip adrenalin pump.

    2. Hit detection.

    3. NC Shotgun maxes take 0 skill and are op, point and click.

    1. Lag spikes

    2. Every patch introduces new bugs

    3. Zergs

there's way to much pop right now, lattice needs to go.

Because right now, it forces people into places where they don't want to fight and it becomes a battle of population. Too many stalemates, or you get massive zergs or teams A and B going down DIFFERENT lattice routes, both of them meeting little resistance because they both effectively mutually agree it just hinders each-others progress.

We have a massive problem with zergs as it is, more population will make to WORSE. Not everyone enjoys massive fights, takes some of the tactics out of the game.

Tactical depth in Planetside 2 currently:
    - Which lattice link should I attack - Which has a small population than me?

    Sorry, small rant.

Easy solution to ghost capping: You can only cap adjacent sectors to those you own, sorted!
  8. OldMaster80

You seem to forgot that without lattice some territories might border up 8-10 territories. Good luck to prevent ghost cap with that. Nothing in the last 2,5 years has been as frustrating as seeing the base I had captured 1 minute before was already contested as I was out of the vehicle bay.
Lattice is not perfect, situation could have been improved in other ways, but it's so much better than the old hex crap. Maybe devs should seriously consider the macro-lattice suggestion that was so popular on this forum.

Back on topic: it's interesting to see how many blame redeploy / respawn mechanics / unfinished resources system. Any chance devs wake up and realize we have a top priority here?
  9. dngray

    1) Races are not unique enough.

    2) Lack of content (I am sure we will get more content once the dev team can focus on content. Right now they have bigger fish to fry)

    3) No urban continent.
  10. TomDRV

Okay: Cap times are determined by how much fo that territory you border, if you only border one hex of that territory, it'll only take you . . . 20mins to cap it?
  11. CursoryRaptor

    1. Ground vehicle AA is too specialized. So ground forces are never prepared when air shows up, and bored when air leaves. Buff ground vehicle AA effectiveness vs. ground targets.
    2. UBGLs need some love. A larger splash radius and higher muzzle velocity would be a pretty big step forward to making them useful.
    3. Lack of immersion. There's a lot of things about this game that make you very aware that you're playing a game.

  12. Bearlover

1.redeployside ( need it to be limited but not too much)
    2. Players who think everything should be judged on a 1v1 standpoint for the sake of balance because more spoonfeed and hand holding plox.
3.Hackers ( they exist ) blunt hackers are rare and the ones who hide it well are more frequent than people think.
  13. Dumpsterprophet

3? more like 300 problems with this game. Mine would be:

    1. It gets boring, fast. Its hard to find good battles that arent all out zergs and you wind up spawn roomed.
    2. Easy mode tanks shooting at doorways which i have said for the last 2 years.
    3. Lack of new weapons. The auraxium grind is a joke and frankly and insult to anyone that doesnt play this game 24/7. If you want this game to make money (im sure you do being a business and all) just put up more weapons on the store.
  14. Morti

    1. No content (pls gib more ES guns, class abilities)
    2. No purpose (game is choose your own TDM)
    3. Base design could use some touching up imo. (Different biolabs, tech plants. less empty buildings)
  15. Jake the Dog

Not necessarily, i agree on vulcan are OP atm as well as ravens, Libs however aren't that great. They can be infuriating when piloted properly, but i can out play or even kill about 50% of the libs that come after my tank. Some go in way too deep for the TB kill, which can put them right in front of your vehicle. Some are smart and just stop and hover over you with a dalton/shredder, but those are the smart ones.

While OP, I haven't had a vulcan harasser take me down 1v1 in a long time. If you land all your shots you can pretty easily take it down, especially with a gunner.

Ravens are cheese. Either A. Buff fracture/vortex to the point of equal effectiveness (which is probably a bad idea). OR B. nerf ravens as you stated, buff fractures (no matter what they need a buff), and keep vortex range down to render distance (my POS laptop renders people at 300m your high end graphics/cpu and whatnot should too)
  16. Liewec123

probably best for those people not to play a game thats marketed almost exclusively for its massive fights.
its an MMOFPS, the new world record holder for most players on a single server,
this isn't a tiny 16 player game, when i log in i expect MASSIVE fights! :)
and cobalt recently as been a graveyard yawnfest. (double xp weekend aside)
  17. chevyowner

I have have one issue with the game. The lack of an option to re-bind ammo pack, shield bubble, and other similar 'abilities' to something other then F.

The rest of the issues I have are with the player base.
    Cant attack or defend points.
Players flame other players for everything.
If you make a mistake expect a few tells to insult you.
If you kill someone expect a few tells accusing you of hacking.
Cant do anything in game with out being insulted, trolled, or flamed.
  18. Pikachu

    1. Lack of field fights. Especially on Amerish for some reason.
    2. Not much fun guns to use atm. I purpled most of the fun ones.
    3. Lack of aesthetic polish on maps that is often a matter of tweaking numbers.
  19. DxAdder

    1) No Content
    2) No Direction from DBG other than getting the game ported to PS4
    3) Paid sub almost useless at this point
  20. OldMaster80

That could have been a good way to fix it. And timer should stop if no one is on the point.
But in the past players complained that guarding cap points was boring.

Honestly I don't think lattice is going to change. It's not the best solution but imho there are other priorities.
