Can we get a GM to respond? It's a reasonably simple request to acknowledge an issue for investigation.

I can't login to Planetside server at all. I am paying money for this game. Will I get a refund SOE? This is terrible. I just downloaded yoru patch and now I can't play at all. WTF?

Haven't played over the entire weekend due to this. Ages to log in, only to get in and randomly DCed in the middle of a firefight. Really don't want to deal with getting in again.

Someone spilled coke on the Australian login server or something?

The little Vietnamese dude gets water and methamphetamine via a drip, no way he could have split anything on the server.

Playing less and less these days since I just can't be bothered dealing with this login nonsense.
Getting to the point where I'm wondering why I'm even paying money for something I can't play.

It's not like this is a recent thing either. Briggs has been a shoddy server since day one.

I'll re-state: From the start, Briggs server has been woeful.
It has been covered in past threads about similar issues with Briggs,
SOE is either stuck in a contract or something with the sh*tful ISP or the Australian network is so sh*tful in general that no matter what ISP SOE uses, it will be bad...
Either way, Aussie (and NZ / SE Asia) players get screwed over.

(Time to just man up and deal with dat latency to play on the reliable US servers...)

But....

For only $4:99 a month, you can log onto briggs within the first 2 minutes!
