Glass #1.... updating as I go....... From the vaults of Elrarad I have managed to translate the second set of the researchers notes I found within the vaults. After reading through this account of what was very likely a turning point in the history of my people, I am compelled (to) see if there is still more to this story. I am increasingly convinced that getting this information out to the people of Norrath is important for many reasons, not the least of which is to discover the truth of what became of the Erudites lost ancesteal home. As much as I would like to deliver this information personally, I have already fallen under scrutiny and I fear that leaving here might prove a fatal mistake. Thus I have been forced to put the translated tome within a stasis pocket, a teleportation tear for lack of a better term, that should anyone should be able to access if they have the key. Wow.... getting better. was able to get the last paragraph done before leaving work.
Working on the third (shattered) piece now. Updating this line-by-line (ISH) as I go. I HAVE BROKEN THE KEY UP INTO FOUR PARTS SO THAT HOPEFULLY MY HOSTS HERE IN THE VAULT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EASILY UNLOCK THE TEAR AND RECOVER THE BOOK . . . I BELIEVE THIS TO BE A CRYSTAL OR STONE OF SOME KIND BUT THE ACTUAL LOCATION IS A MYSTERY **UPDATE:FIRST SET DONE** **UPDATE2: LAST SET DONE, TIME FOR THE TOUGHER MIDDLE** Also, is it bad that I'm starting to think of some of the runes as little guys in sombreros?
Glass #2 Line's 1-3 are: THE ONLY CLUE I CAN OFFER IS THIS WHATEVER THIS OBJECT IS I WAS ABLE TO SCRY ITS FREQUENCY WITH RELATIVE EASE BECAUSE THE RESONATION SIGNATURE WAS * I think I am starting to be able to read Erudian /cry
Working on the first tablet, here's what i got so far From the vaults of elaradi have managed to translatethe second set of theresearchers notes i foundwithin the vaults afterreading through this
ok, I have the end 2 sections and about half of the middle section of hte shattered one translated. I'm headed home shortly, I'll finish it up there and post the full middle section.
I HAVE BROKEN THE KEY UP INTO FOUR PARTS SO THAT HOPEFULLY MY HOSTS HERE IN THE VAULT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EASILY UNLOCK THE TEAR AND RECOVER THE BOOK HOWEVER THE PIECES MUST BE RECOVERED BEFORE THE KEY WILL FUNCTION SINCE I AM UNABLE TO LEAVE I HAVE SENT THESE FOUR PIECES TO FOUR TELEPORT LOCATIONS THE LARGEST OF THE SPIRES WHERE THEY SHOULD LIE DORMANT UNTIL THE LARGEST PIECE IS BROUGHT NEAR THEY WILL REACT TO THIS CENTER PIECE BY FLOWING ALLOWING THE HOLDER OF THE CENTER PART OF THE KEY TO IDENTIFY THE SMALLER PARTS THE TEAR ITSELF MIGHT BE MORE DIFFICULT TO LOCATE BUT I BELIEVE I WAS ABLE TO ANCHOR II TO A SPECIFIC OBJECTS RESONATION FREQUENCE I BELIEVE THIS TO BE A CRYSTAL OR STONE OF SOME KIND BUT THE ACTUAL LOCATION IS A MYSTERY

Ok i am working on this slowly and this is what i have decifered so far I h a v e b r o k e n t h e k e y u p
Thanks for posting them all! Apropos of Lore tidbits, the art on those tablets/shards is just astounding.
Looks like I was right to return to the Vaults earlier today. I didn't take too big a look around though, but I'll return later. Just to make sure I cover all my tracks, I'm taking the Glowing Black Stone with me.

So far we've found four pieces of the key, through help from everyone in voice and the translation of the broken tablet. They are in: Teren's Grasp a jewelry box in the Halls of Conviction, then once you have this one; Antonica, Commonlands, Enchanted Lands and Greater Faydark glowing red shinies near the wizard spires. The next step according to the translation is to find the tear the book is hidden in: THE TEAR ITSELF MIGHT BE MORE DIFFICULT TO LOCATE BUT I BELIEVE I WAS ABLE TO ANCHOR IT TO A SPECIFIC OBJECTS RESONATION FREQUENCY I BELIEVE THIS TO BE A CRYSTAL OR STONE OF SOME KIND BUT THE ACTUAL LOCATION IS A MYSTERY
1st glass reads as follows: From the vaults of elarad: I have managed to translate the second set of the researchers notes I found within the vaults. after reading through this account of what was very likely a turning point in the history of people I am compelled see if there is still more to this story. I am increasingly convinced that getting this information out to the people of norrath is important for many reasons, not the least of which is to discover the truth of what became of erudites lost ancestral home. As much as I would like to deliver this information in person I have already fallen under scrutiny and I fear that leaving here might prove a fatal mistake. thus, I have been forced to put the translated tome within a stasis pocket. a teleportation tear for lack of a better term that should anyone should be able to access if they have the key this is verbatim 2nd paragraph should probably say "the erudites lost..." but dosen't "should" is in the last sentence of the last paragraph twice i think the 1st one got overlooked in proofreading.
First glass line by line translation. Punctuation mine. From the Vaults of Elarad I have managed to translate the second set of the researcher's notes. I found within the vaults after reading through this account of what was very likely a turning point in the history of my people. I am compelled. See if there is still more to this story. I am increasingly convinced that getting this information is important for many reasons not the least of which is to discover the truth of what became of the Erudites' lost ancestral home. As much as I would like to deliver this information personally, I have already fallen under scrutiny and I fear that leaving here might prove a fatal mistake.
