new tank ethereal 2.0 ranged is Completely broken.

I just noticed you posted a raid parse, meaning the damage will be even higher.

1) The weapon's damage is based off of your health, being raid buffed means = more damage.

2) The weapon's damage type is disease, which means the mobs are going to be debuffed to the max in a raid, meaning bigger hits.

The highest parse I had with it was in a heroic instance, and we had a both a necro and a dirge disease debuffing the mobs, the difference was very noticeable.

I feel Scout bow and this item are pretty broken, and you cant even get the bow anymore.. both will prolly remain best in slot.. unless better proc comes along on different item.. or.. nerf.. IMHO.

Here good example Of tank item being crazy... and this is in a mere group.. also scout bow still effects hemotoxin in some weird random way still and absolutely grants a clean 20% boost to any dps scout..unfair it being gone
