the very first hunter quest we got for any TLE was all instances .

Ok was just checking the hunter to see what the next mission is , it is still the same one on a new timer , what gives ?

Nope. Hunter guy in Danak Shipyards is not there on Live.

Not exactly what he asked, but generally the same answer. No, you will not find the TSO hunter NPC on live. It's not released yet and when we do get that mid content it will only be on TLE for the hunters quest.
