New Focus effects or Epic Spell Buffs from PoW Cloak Effects

    I don't want old content at all. I just would like the cloak effects to be moved off the cloaks.

    Estred, I think i speak for everyone when i say we need a raid end boss that requires the wizard to perform a FB check of 100million or raid wipe (and not a scorpion wth they can't even swim), oh and and all dirges are mezzed so inb4.

    They need to implement encounters based off these cloak asap so we can really start raiding finally at last forever.
