    It depends. To do my Bruiser's epic I needed a Named spawn in Sebilis. The only way I was able to get that mob and his drop was by standing on his spawn spot for an hour hoping that none of the PLing groups swarmed through and aggro'd him just as he finally decided to spawn. I would have enjoyed a bit of lonely at that point, and it wasn't even a double xp weekend :D

    Same thing could be said about doing quests in a lot of the contested dungeons. They can be downright annoying places to get your quest mobs in.
