I finally did this, too. After about a week of collecting them once a day on my two characters who had them, sometimes two times a day if I remembered, I got one rare. Yep, one. Maybe I got bad luck with the RNG, but the goblin for me is just another pack pony. I'd rather put my Prestige Points elsewhere at this point.
