Probably because you were just before the cutoff. There are people who have been waiting close to 2 months now with no word on when they’ll get sent out.
I have it on 2 characters and love it, I have currently unlocked him about halfway, and have the RoR and some BoZ gear on him, and yes, He heals and rezzes, and also will cast power regens on me and him. I have yet to use my Spirit tap on my Mystic, because of his Power regens. It's great. I donated 2x again, just to get 2 more codes so that I can add it to 2 of my other characters.
Still waiting on those last to codes. Wish they would let us know when we're going to receive the codes. Hopefully before February.
I donated on 10/31/23 and never received my key(s). The same email address was used that is tied to my account here. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
Be sure you check your spam folder and such in the email you used for the donation. It will have come from and @cmnhospitals.org email address. If you have nothing, you will need to contact their Customer Service via https://www.extra-life.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=donorDrive.contactUs
