EverQuest II Voice Chat!

Similar issue as the 3 above me.
Before patch worked like a charm without a hitch. After patch voice no longer works.

Mic works fine I can test and record it in game and get playback. Selecting the input and output devices does nothing.
I can sometimes join channels but I never see anyone in them and get booted from channels I shouldnt (my own guild, group etc..)
I use Vista Ultimate x64 without a firewall turned on and a Dlink router. Never had a problem till the recent patch.
