It's very elegant, if a bit androgynous. You gentleman dirges are going to look like Olympic figure skaters, and, except for the enormous hooters SOE insisted I have, I'm going to look like a fairly good-looking schoolboy from the turn of the (19th) century. I have a Pally and a Dirge. I have to say that I like the Dirge hat more than this. Would you wear this?
Did SOE not announce that all profession hats would not be available at launch, and that for those classes that did not yet have the unique ones....that they would share the look of archetypes already created? I think this is just the placeholder til the 'unique' Dirge and Troubador hats are created. But I could be wrong.
Yeah, that will look sweet on my bald, blue noggin. But it does explain our dps tier. You can only hit what you see -- knees and shins.
Soe has annaunced that every class wont have a unike hat at KoS launch, but all will get one sooner or later. I gotta say tho that hat looks **** [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] on a lizard
Yes, they in fact DID post that although they would not all be unique on relase, they would be later. Showhood off is of course ALWAYS an option. Really though... it's JUST a hat. And unlike DoF, we get new textures (if not new models, though the hats ARE) right off the bat.
i'd like to have that smooth criminal hat. but that paladin helmet - wow, it takes gutts to wear that with /showhood
I wonder if the pally hat enhances their aggro abilities, i sure as hell would be hitting the guy wearing that if i was a mob :smileywink:
Not all class specific hats will be going in, some classes will be sharing until theirs are done in upcoming patches. Pretty sure i read that in a post last week. So looks like we get the swashbuckler hat until they finish ours. Same as Zerker/Mystic are supposedly sharing the Bear hat.
