why it is impossible to roll back the changes and let the players safely use the paid product? and work on errors to do elsewhere?

Please tell us that Brewday, at least, will continue on until midnight-ish on the 18th (maybe even an extension; Bristlebane's doesn't go Live until the 26th ;->)? There are some of us that still have toons that need to finish that up... :-/

'Cause the US not-prime-time would be like either time and a half for overtime, or even double pay, depending on when the hours were (outside of, say, 9-5, M-F; I'm not sure of their exact hours). Midnight in even just the UK would be 5 pm here (with Daylight Savings Time) for starting a patch, and even if it went smoothly, it might still take two full hours, meaning folks getting off work at 7 pm, meaning overtime pay (unless Patch Day would be scheduled to start two hours later in the morning, which would make players here squawk at the tech team. At least usually, starting it at 7 am = 2-3 pm UK time, when many folks would still be in school or at work). Daybreak's not that rich. ;->

It well past the window, it time to roll back and take this back to dev servers for review

I have an ETA for everybody when they get it fixed so game wont crash or bug and you dont have to keep relogging beecause they are trying to take the time to fix it properly
