Seems to me the solution is simple in theory, I'll leave the execution to the devs: Make DW = to S&B in mitigation (maybe a parry mod or something so that the flavor is different but the meal is the same) Make DW = to S&B in DPS terms (proc mod rate vs ISS for instance) Make 2H superior to the others in DPS, but much less in mitigation. Warriors can choose to either DW or S&B as they wish, because thAts what it's all about here, some warriors prefer shields, some prefer to DW as I think we were intended to. It's about choice.
