    - Changed the Consigned Silken Bridle horses to the correct "Silk" speed.
    - Increased the drop rate of several pieces of gear that drop of Rare monsters in the Plane of Disease.
    - Reduced the effect of Crippling Guard and Tendon Slicer.
    - Added a chance for Weeping Heaven augments to drop from standard mobs in some Burning Lands zones.
    - Removed Overdrive Boon from Dynamometric Timing Chain and Fractured Gear Set and added Overdrive Punch and Boon of the Seeress as separate spells.
    - Increased the AC on the rings from Gnome Memorial mountain: Finger Band of Phases, Steel Banded Collar, Prime Healers Trinket, Whirling Torsion Spring, Fitted Rat-ling Control Board, and Etched Retention Bearing.
    - Improved the click area for the Hovering Ball Familiar.

    *** Quests And Events ***

    - Unfettered Emerald Excellence - Fixed a bug that was causing raid challenge achievements to always be granted.
    - Raid events from Veil of Alaris and later will now grant more progression keys after they have been open for 3, 6, and 9 months on live servers. Previously this would begin after 6 months. On Progression Servers these events will grant more progression keys as soon as the expansion unlocks, and add additional bonuses after each of the next two expansions unlock or at 3 month intervals, whichever is faster.
    - Dragon in the Works - Slowed the rate that the dilapidated mechanics spawn. Reduced the amount that they heal the dragon. Also lowered the hit points of the mechanics a bit.
    - Mechagnomic Whirlrender (Raid and Group) - Made a number of bug fixes, messaging improvements, and mechanic changes to this event.
    - - Fixed a bug that prevented multiple ballistae bolts fired simultaneously from causing the boss to spend more time grounded.
    - - Fixed a bug that caused the boss to spam a message while he was grounded.
    - - Fixed bugs that caused some of the add NPC models to look wrong.
    - - Fixed bugs that caused Whirlrender Mortar and Seeker Rocket to not work properly.
    - - Fixed bug that caused the boss to cast Static Blast instead of Slashing Claws and vice versa.
    - - Changed the Claw Attack mechanic. The boss will now warn periodically that he is using a left or right claw attack, 10 seconds before hitting everyone on his left or right, respectively. The player tanking the boss should be immune to this attack.
    - - Changed the Static Blast mechanic. The ability will now land on a random character on the boss's hatelist, and will only choose the player tanking the boss if there are no other players on the boss's hate list. The player struck with the Static Blast spell will have a decal indicating the spread radius of Static Blast. Reduced the spread radius. Note that the duration of the decal is not associated with the duration of the debuff and the decal will not spread with the debuff.
    - - Improved messaging for the event. All important event messages should use the Event Messages filter and color. Added many messages, such as indicating how many ballista bolts struck the boss. Changed the rocket attack message to indicate to the entire zone who is being targeted. Fixed some typos. Any message sent to a pop up should also be sent to chat.
    - - Mechagnomic Whirlrender (Raid) - Increased NPC spell resistances, NPC melee damage output, and spell damage.
    - Raid chests in House of Thule will now drop more key items.
    - End of Empire (mission) - fixed a bug that could prevent the soulfeasters from becoming active properly.
    - Greatest Gnome Hunters - It should no longer be possible to not get enough parts to drop.

    - Fixed the spell description text for the Hovering Ball Familiar

    *** AA ***

I'm a little confused as to what this means. In Veil of Alaris, you get item experience for clicking your Record of Tales, does this mean that individual events will now award more experience?

For expansions like The Darkened Sea, The Broken Mirror, and etc that drop items you must click, and after you have received a certain numbers, does this mean that additional keys/fragments/whatever will now be awarded?

I feel like this is a mistake
  4. qweasy Augur

    I agree.

The lvl 20 requirement seems completely arbitrary and pointless.

This is an awesome way to implement a change to flagging. Thanks bumping up HoT flags as well.

Thanks for seeing what a mistake the original change was and giving some of it back. I don't care what the numbers are 90 vs the old 145 for fire and magic as long as in game it translates to a rare resist when debuffed instead of magic being like 75% resisted in TBL. Unless any other class in game is present to debuff magic to 135+.

No fix to the pet spell spam ?

You just put all the slow and cripple belts on rot status with this change.
Was bad enough on the combo belts but now all of them.
Should have just removed them from the game no one's going to loot them over a DPS now.

    Tendon Slice:
    - Slot 2 changed from 'Decrease Melee Haste by 50%' to 'Decrease Melee Haste by 25%'
    - Description changed from 'Constricts your target's muscles, reducing attack speed by 50% for 3m 30s (35 Ticks).' to 'Constricts your target's muscles, reducing attack speed by 75% for 3m 30s (35 Ticks).'

Looks like your description here is wrong should be 25 not 75

    - Slot 1 changed from 'Decrease Dexterity by 105' to 'Decrease Dexterity by 35'
    - Slot 2 changed from 'Decrease Agility by 115' to 'Decrease Agility by 40'
    - Slot 3 changed from 'Decrease Strength by 115' to 'Decrease Strength by 40'
    - Slot 4 changed from 'Decrease Armor Class by 150 - Displayed Value: 10 to 13. Depending on Class' to 'Decrease Armor Class by 75 - Displayed Value: 5 to 7. Depending on Class'

No note on if this was fixed. Are mobs in GMM still going to be dropping pods of water or what they are supposed to be dropping?

Are you saying that people are not going to wear belts now?

Surely this change would make the new belts an upgrade over old ones? I am not sure why you would leave new belts to rot, but I for one will be happy if you do, it means I can upgrade my RoS belt for minimal dkp.

The reporting self damage over 200 range is still broken. This was mentioned several times in the current Live update thread. Whenever you extended the range of reporting from 75 to 200, you hardcapped reporting at 200 it looks like.

Just tested after patch on Test in a guild hall. If you are more than 200 range away from your target (ie a test dummy), you do not get the damage reported to you...even if you are the caster.

Very easy to replicate … go to any guild hall... place dummy on one end of main room … cast spells at dummy from other end of room. Archery damage messages are affected as well.

Really hard to get accurate damage numbers on raids with this bug. Could we please make this a priority to fix before the Live patch? Thanks.

Behold, now all tank belts are terrible. Apparently, these effects have somehow been incredibly overpowered for the last 5 expansions and it went unnoticed. My box shaman will push a single AA button for a Slow/Cripple combo with negligible mana cost and immediately trivialize the mob instead of using super OP belt procs. I should have switched to a Boon belt years ago!

All of the shrugs. I am so baffled.

I don't see a fix for stacking conflicts between NET and the Jann illusion. Given NET was changed to reduce stacking conflicts, this really should be fixed.

Thank you for Extended Target Window for TLP servers.

I'm with this guy. I will continue to not play on any TLP not in UF after this horrid decision.
  18. Risiko Augur

I am so glad that the less than 10 people on the forums that didn't want this change were ignored, so the thousands of us who play on TLP servers can have something nice for once.
  19. Jaera Augur

Its quite possible that its irritation, as Ngreth posted before that it was a very explicit, deliberate choice not to open up ETW as a QOL change, but now that Phinigel has gotten to Underfoot and had it naturally unlock, suddenly its okay to give it to everyone.

A side note about ETW, Eyes Wide Open. As of right now, on test you get it autogranted the moment you create a character, but the AA is still listed as Underfoot. The other progression servers may not get all the slots until Underfoot, unless Eyes Wide Open was just missed when making the change.
  20. Endaar Augur

Just echoing Cragzop - this needs to be fixed ASAP. With the spell range reporting broken you can't even rely on a self-parse as being accurate. Makes parsing completely useless, which obviously is an issue for many of the raiding guilds.
