This has been getting worse by the hour. I have attempted to send a tell to about 10 people to try and purchase items.. the tells never go through
How worse is it getting? sorry I'm not in the new server atm.. but that usually happens when the chat channels are unavailable.
Not sure, I think turning off the spam filter is the answer. Something to do with a lot of low level characters sending tells that triggers their spam rating, which is just what real spammers look like As we get higher in level, in theory this goes away.
I have no doubt they are aware of it by now and will fix it ASAP. It is probably just over-loaded right now (the chat server). Chat channels sometimes go down in game and then come back up a few minutes to a few hours later. That said, Class chat and General chat are usually taken down before Continent channels, and /tells don't get taken down very often, in my experience.
