I tried to post a ticket on the help web site but was unable to because of the drop down menus not working correctly. When I selected Technical heading it then did not go to the sub menu but stayed showing the first menu thus not allowing me to submit the ticket
The in-game petition system is horribly broken. They still haven't fixed it and it's been almost a month. Same goes for editing posts - it shows a blank page unless you select "More Options" and then it'll display it all. If you need to petition, you have to open a browser outside EQ and do it that way.
You may want to try using a separate web browser if your issues on the page persist. I would also suggest ensuring that your current version of Java is up to date so that the web page will work correctly.
