Living Legacy Marathon / Sprint

Question to people that tried this event this year.

I was able to grab the "Test" raid , which is limited to 1 hour
I did not get the "Marathon" or "Sprint" choice in the Dialogue.

Is it an issue or bug ? or maybe I am mistaken something to get the choice for LL1 or LL2.

the Fanra wiki and Alla seems not to indicate anthing about that.
