Depends on the game. If the game has tons of hidden things that are like puzzles you need to solve it would probably not be very fun if you are a dev and know how to beat everything. On the other hand if you make a game that still requires skill to play it doesn't matter if you know the strats for all the bosses because you still have to play the game and beat the bosses.
