Before I test this out i was wondering if anyone else has already done research on which char's luck affect HoT's. To clarify, if one has a warrior with 35 luck and a shaman with 35 luck, when the HoT does a lucky crit and heals for more whose luck is that based on, or is it a combo? Could a shaman with no luck get a HoT crit becaouse of the warriors luck and visa versa. It's based off the caster's luck rate, just like the chance of critical is based off the caster's hot critical rate. There is no combo adding with luck. I think you meant to ask could a shaman with no luck get a HoT LUCKY crit … and the answer is no. All that said, there are certainly abilities that increase incoming healing for certain classes. I have not seen anything that suggests that luck changes these abilities at all.
