   I got a Descending Moon Necklace of Adroitness on 2019-3-9 : AC 299, HP 6465. Heroics 28-31
   
   Then looked at the TS neck Secret Dawn Necklace of Security : AC 366, HP 6284, Heroics 22-25 and cried.
   
   This is the first drop I've seen after some pretty long Mearatos clears so maybe they upped the drop rate.
