Can we get some clarification on what quest are active for Frostfell on TLP's and what quest are not - because multiple Frostfell Quest are causing issues on Mangler currently - For Example Adorable Yeti Quest - The Dolls Spawn, the Cuddly Bear Spawns. For example when you hail Ganjleg Gigglegibber and say the key words he doesn't prompt and give you Frostfell Biting Doll Kit to move to the next step- There are also issues with with Braxi Round up the hails work then they don't' work.
If it is working correctly, the quests that are active on TLP servers are based on the year the quest was released and which expansions existed in that year. For example, An Adorable Yeti Doll (EQ Resource) - Frostfell 2021. Reward is Frostfell Yeti Doll familiar. As the sentence above shows, it is a Frostfell 2021 quest. First released in 2021. Therefore, if your server does not have the expansions at the time it was released (either Claws of Veeshan or Terror of Luclin, depending on if ToL counts as it was released December 7, 2021) then the quest will not be available. I think you have to do the 2 quests from the Ice Goblin on the same island as the Yeti first. That'd make sense, unfortunately its hit and miss if they line up like that or not. The Yeti Doll can be completed on Coirnav which is only in Ring of Scale.
