There’s snow place like Norrath for the holidays.You can absolutely feel the holiday spirit from your head to your mistletoes now that Frostfell is coming back! Santug Claugg has certainly missed you so here’s hoping you’ve been nice this year. Fir real, though, all players can get in on the wintery fun and festivities because Frostfell starts tonight (December 3, 2022) at midnight! The event then ends on January 7, 2023, at 11:00 p.m. PST. Frostfell: Getting Started Head to the snow-covered island in Timorous Deep, the Gigglegibber goblin Ginjleg has taken his yearly vacation to study the mysteriously magnificent boats that traverse those open waters. He would be happy to share his love of boats and discuss how his Frostfell dolls are made. Ginjleg, Ganjleg and Belumb will be celebrating all Frostfell long. Frostfell Stages The first stage of returning Frostfell festivities begins Saturday, December 3, 2022, and runs until 11:00 p.m. PST on December 15. Head to your local hometown to help the Frostfell Goblins thwart that dastardly Grinnuch. Then head to the Great Divide, to assist Zobb in finding the missing toymakers. The second stage of festivities begins at 12:00 a.m. PST on Friday, December 16, and runs through 11:00 p.m. PST on December 30. This is your chance to personally assist Santug Claugg with his list and gifts. For those of you who enjoy a good confection, make sure to stop in and see Hargar the Velium Chef. The only thing sweeter than his food is his love of fancy dress! The third phase may be the shortest, but clearly the bestest phase because . . . GIFTS! On December 24 just after midnight, go get your gifts from Santug. Be quick about it, though. This phase ends on December 26, 2022, at 11:00 p.m. PST. Oh, and only if you haven’t been naughty this year. And lastly, the fourth and final stage is all about . . . well, let’s face it, partying! Santug, Hargar, Fabdabus, and others move on to help ring in the new year with you and your fellow revelers. Keep your eyes on the sky as there will be a plethora of fireworks going off near Fabdabus! This stage begins on December 31, 2022, at 12:00 a.m. PST and will end on January 7, 2022, at 11:00 p.m. PST. You can join in on the cheer and celebration in your local hometown. All kinds of rewards and items await, so grab a sweater and a scarf (maybe bring a weapon and some armor too) and get out there. Merry Frostfell, y’all! That’s a wrap. Special event quests tend to be based off the year they were first released, then what xpac was active during that time of the year. Frostfell is a little bit odd/different than most. There are always a few deviations from this but, in general, they tend to follow that up until ToV/CoV era.. where the quests may be "available" but you may not have access to the right zones or meet level requirements to get a mission. An example of one that differs: Braxi Roundup is available as soon as VoA is active, even though it is TBM era. Most of the Frostfell content was released around 2005-2008 era though, and as long as it only involved older zones, I remember much/most of it being accessible as long as PoK was active. I think the dolly one (collection w/ AA reward) is blocked off due to content access, but not 100% sure on that. It's worth waiting on anyways until you can draw some decent AA from it.
On Aradune (currently The Buried Sea): * Grinnuch and Frostfell goblins are in starting cities for the "Santug Claugg" line * Goblin and Yeti are in Timorous Deep for "Dollies" quest line, but Yeti will not offer the third quest (Adorable Yeti Doll) for the achievement even after completing the first two. The announcement lists this as "All Frostfell Long" so I assume this should be there. Is this a bug? He responds to the prompt as listed on Zam, but does not offer the quest. Zobb is not in the Great Divide (nor is Zoog, which is what the achievement lists), the announcement lists this as Phase 1, so I assume this requires later expansions to unlock None of the NPCs for any of the other Frostfell achievements appear to be there either, but these may be associated with later phases or later expansions.
The yeti line is part of ToL. It may not be completely accessible, like several other late-expansion additions. I don't see why, as it's just a stat-less familiar/pet illusion. Zobb and the toymakers are active at least in TDS. They should be active from SoF forward. I see a few helpers around the large bank in PoK. I used a lower level alt and picked up "Searching for Clues" Braxi quest unlocks in VoA (since you don't have Braxi in-game until then). Once VoA launches, you can pick the quest up starting at level 50.
I just finished this string on Tunare and it works on live. However there have always been bugs for me. I usually have to redo the collect dollies and sometimes the magic dust just doesn't want to show up even saying "more dust" so I have to tinker around with asking for task again kinda. Anyway Knowing this from my past characters I usually collect a few (4) sets of the dolls, a couple lens etc. I follow Bonzz write up rather than Allah. The only thing wrong on Bonzz is the list he has for the final combine in the Frostfell Biting Doll Kit doesn't list the Yeti fur. So its Cuddly Bear Brainstem, Rebel Clockwork Eye Lens, Frostfell Doll Stuffing, and the Frostfell Goblin Magic Dust AND THE YETI FUR in the Frostfell Biting Doll Kit. http://www.bonzz.com/frostfellnewyear.htm#yeti

On Mischief I was able to finish the first two quests from To All A Good Doll achievement. When I hailed the Yeti for Adorable Yeti Doll quest, I am able to walk through his text but doesn't give me the task.
