I did the first one Searching for Clues. I then did the second one Saving Santug and received the stocking. I checked my achievements and no checkmark for Searching for Clues. If you don't like reading thru links - this is not repeatable quests, it is also a bug in the visual of the /ach. You have the stocking so you will be able to move on once the others go active.
