Are we stuck? Here's some clues: I believe it's the rarest item in the game. It was introduced after TBS, but before SoF, and it was not part of any expansion. I was gambling the day I got it.
Alas I am a perpetual lowbie forever stuck in the "General Admission" section. I've never seen any of the higher level stuff. I'm waiting for next game now.
