    What happened to Helagan, the Mission NPC for Stone Cold Summer. I can't find him in Misty Thicket.

    Edit: He is missing on Antonius Bayle, on Bristlebane he is up.

    After 2 Servercrashes/Connections losses, Helagan was up :)

    I see Dwedrog in Shadowhaven on Vox, and see Helagan in Misty Thicket on AB.
    As of today's patch, these guys should spawn more reliably and stay spawned and generally behave in a less janky-tastic manner.

    (To be fair, the implementors of the SCS tasks were using the best tools available to them, at the time. We have better systems for triggering spawns that are part of a time-limited event now.)
