While I am extremely dissapointed in the shield AC for tanks (for shame devs..not even UF yet?...maybe just SoD?) Every year I look forward to getting a new shield and get continuously dissapointed.
im dissapointed in the fact that t2 ROF non visibles have lower normal stats than voa t4 ones , for example belt i loose 20 normal stamina in and its a problem with loosing stats when i used to over the breakpoints ( with aas ofc ) it could use a upgrade
To this I have the following questions: Are you level 100 yet or looking at partial (not max) stats for RoF ... vs. max stats for VoA? Exactly which belts are you trying to compare? Share links. Are you comparing the same archetype belt in both cases? If you're comparing an all/all caster oriented belt for RoF with a VoA tank belt you're going to see differences.

Notice the numerous slots with stamina in the teens and low 20's. My stamina is 62 below the cap wearing a mixture of T2, T3, and T4 VoA raid gear. More T3/4 than T2.
