Beastlords are actually pretty involved. If you aren't casting something, you're doing it wrong. Slowing mobs, There's a self/pet buff you have to keep up every 2 mins, constantly single target paragoning when it is up (every 2 mins), dichotomic lasts for 20 seconds and you can do that every minute. Then if you have an add or 2 you have to manage them with your pet and swarm pets, keep it occupied to avoid damage. Mini burns, etc.
Duhbeast was talking about and streaming molo T2 in EoK. A lot of classes can do it given AA and gear, obviously necros and mages will have an easier time doing it earlier because of pets (for T1 at least).
