Berserkers or Wizards for most DPS

How is this not true?
Chain vs silk.
Berzerkers are not tanks, but they have chain armor, parry, and riposte.
You're flat out lying if you disagree with the statement that berzerkers have superior defense vs casters

All melee's have at least some defensive disc's with which to use .. (no biggie there)

All or most .. melee (to include warriors) have an ability to snare .. oh oh .. (not a highlight of the class)

Fade ? You actually think zerker's fades are better then most ? How is this even a "highlight" of the class when EVERY CLASS GETS IT ..

critical strikes to heals so small its almost meaningless (again not a "highlight" of the class..)

Its decap .. zerker's have not head shot .. (thought you played one .. so you "should" know the difference.)

Zerkers moving freely .. while dpsing = Caster's don't even have to look at mobs to dps them ..

Wizards don't have defensive discs .. they have defensive shielding via spells .. which is far and away better then anything the zerker's get for defensive discs .. (its literally not even close)

Of course you do not want to hear about berserkers blinding themselves either .. cause it show's how bad the class is .. when played .. Last I checked .. the REALLY good wizzies never use the very spells you refured to that blind themselves, root themselves, stun themselves .. because MOST good wizards actually cycle only 3-4 of the HARDEST hitting nukes they get .. (which that in an of itself .. negates that entire last "we do this .. this .. an this to ourselves" speech you just tried to use completely)

My 3 alt wizards .. with their spell shielding on .. have Higher mitigation then 95% of ALL raid geared zerkers .. (and my alt wizzies have not 1 single piece of raid gear what so ever.)

You're right. Decap >>>>>>> headshot. It works on EVERYTHING. Its the most powerful assassinate style ability in the game.
Snare, ability to heal, fade - sounds like you're not just "pure dps". Just because other people have the ability doesn't make it not utility.

Moving freely? Ha. If a caster moves their baby toe their spells interrupt.

Berzerkers are the most OP incredibly powerful class in eq. There is nothing else to say, besides that its time for them to get nerfed hard.

By "nerf" you mean get another multiplicative boost?

What situation requires a wizzy to move, that would NOT require that same "blinded and rooted" berserker to also move (outside of individual move mechanics) ?

when did it become ok to come to forums and ask for nerfs of classes? this turned into a nerf zerkers post , this is getting old , you guys have so much class envy you are willing to throw other classes to wolves just to see your class a lil better on parses? , just wow.

A class that does literally DOUBLE the dps of the next closest class?
A melee class that can equip its EPIC and still top dps charts?

There is a difference between envy and broken. Berzerkers are broken.

Agreed, zerkers do seem a bit broken. Tone it down a notch, jeez.
