Arx melee hotfix!

    The change was noticeable, mobs died quickly and we finished Arx in record time; many alts and casuals were overjoyed at the new found rot loot. The wizards were rocking every parse except the trash on event 3. New high scores were seen and wizards regained the "big hit" lead:

    [Sun Jul 26 21:22:56 2015] Wizard hit Magia Tatio for 1605936 points of non-melee damage.

    Hard to get excited about melee changes when the wizard is already 3 million damage ahead by the time the mob is positioned.

    The difference from last week being we can do that 1.6-1.8m hit once now instead of 1.1m hits 7-8 times. Haze does a lot less total now, as it should, make no mistake about that.
