I did at one point. I clicked the Highlighted text "creative" and it did not happen, I Shift-Up arrowed and I said you don't' need to be creative....
I did 1 Partisan in Firefall Pass. No exp/AA.
Glimmar Remi does not respond/give task credit after hand in. (Firfall Pass 2nd Partisan).
Now it is confirmed, hopefully they will fix it. Unlike Thief's Vision bug going on for several years.
When is Thief's Vision lower ranks overwrite it bug going to get fixed?
