Water Healing Buffs

I get tired of having NVB as the only viable dps supercharge (excluding a few like Oblivion, Berserk, and Circuit Breaker that can be used for both Prec/Might.) I personally want them to make supercharged that work around the playstyles that the devs have created for us to use. The current powerset supercharged pretty much only cater to Superpowered playstyle. But only time will tell I guess.


Example: As Ice, if nothing is adjusted for precision users, I'm still stuck with NVB because ice has no precision or critical chance based supercharges
