    I'm new on test servers so please be patient with me. I have a question: where do you get the stabilizers (or stabilizers fragments) to open the time capsules? I tried to go to the MP but I can't access it.

    if you can open the on duty menu (in pc it's the y key on the keyboard, if someone knows the xbox/playstation version they can do much better than i can with explaining how to get there as i've never had either.) you will find the stabilizer event. it will be among the events tab which will be the first list of runnable instances (content) from left to right and about 3 or 4 down the list on this first tab to the left. nvm i found the way to open it in playstation it's the L2/R2 keys used to navigate to the on duty screen.

    I know how to go to the Stabilizers Fragments event on a regular server. I just was asking how to get them on Test servers. But that question was answered (you can't have stabilizers or stabilizers fragments on Test servers). Still, thank very much for your explanation!!!
