    US PS4, maybe I don't understand the purchase confirmation screens.

    Take Exobyte Data: Flash for instance

    600 MC
    10% member discount 60 MC
    Cost 540 MC

    Is the 600MC the normal price for this legendary character? or was it really 900 MC and the price has already been marked down approximately 33.3%, and then receives the 10% member discount.

    Legends characters are 1000 MC (900 MC with the regular 10% member discount). 600 MC is the price 40% off, and then you get your member discount on top of that for 540.
