You literally just said they should change maintenance to EU time zone. That's literally the definition of the term 'catering to'. You're asking them to do two separate maintenances instead of one. Your'e asking them to change their work hours and risk putting in a lot of overtime if something goes wrong, based on an inconvenience to your time to play a game. Playerbase, company location and employees, etc. is pretty important when it comes to getting the job done in the way that is most affordable for the company while putting the least strain on their employees.
