    I know they want to take pve stuff out of pvp but have they said anything about the ring ? I'm sure the PC 250 dollar utility belt will still be able to be used in pvp because its a 250 dollar belt but the ring maybe another story.

    They put toughness in it on purpose, so it's definitely not getting disabled.

    They also put toughness on the OMAC trinket and they disabled it.

    I wouldn't even bother going for these types of things because every time that I see something this rare drop whether it be opp, raid, or alert, the person with the worst stats always seem to get it. I've seen it happen with Hive Defender 3 times and Norseman gear more than 5 times.
