LF decent hero league (usps)

    Had my hero since celestial first came out but neglected it,working on him now so I need a league xD id prefer a chill league,and active. I'm experienced as you can see my villains in my sig. Hero name is No Empathy, 75cr with 37Sp LOL.No worries buying sp when I get paid this Friday so yeah,recruiters hmu :D
