Is "The Brain" supposed to be up here?

There should really be a storyline with him and the Brotherhood of Evil, considering they were the 'big bad' of the Teen Titans TV animated series.

It's malla u attack to get the feat

It happens sometimes with NPCs.

Makes the CC bounties impossible to do sometimes if you are not playing a flying character.

does it on the pve side too, at least he can hover, would be really freaky if the gorilla was with him that high.
