problem is i cant get anything to slot in with the character count given for the other words, plus he usually gives out all of the letters he shows, so no more e/p/s in the event

Hmmm. Now that it’s been moved to Friday, I wonder if that’s for symmetry. On Friday, the ExtraLife livestream has Oceans touring player bases. So could next week’s event be something like:

Base ____e, Base Previews

Still not sure what that second word could be (five letters), but Previews could indicate new lair themes.
