In Progress Broker Mail chat and voice chat

Last night, I couldn't accept attachment from the Mail station in my base. I went to the Watchtower Mail station and was able to accept it. Logged in to a 2nd character, tried from base again and the attachment disappeared while trying to accept. Went to watchtower mail and it was gone there as well. Logged in to 3rd character had two mail with attachments. Went straight to Watchtower mail, one disappeared again as I accepted and the other one I was able to accept. Are these two attachments lost?

All of my mail is gone. And I had two attachments

Mail is still broken! I got a failure when I tried to mail something that was authorized to be mailed.

I'm having this same issue on the PS4 on my Dionysus Character can someone look into it
