    It should follow the standard splitting rules. Easy way to find out is to use the snow devil and have it attack the 1 target, 3 targets, and 8 targets. Not currently on to test it but that should be an easy enough test.

    Just got on my small toon to test it. Keep in mind that he is only 102. In single target the snow devil was hitting for an average of 97/98. Ive got ticks of 93 and ticks of 101. Average dps was 141 per second.

    On 3 targets the snow devil was hitting for a max of 67 (down from 100). Average dps was 282

    On 8 targets the snow de wil was hitting for a max of 25. Average dps was 294.

    As stated before, this guy is only 102 lol. So the numbers will look a lot different at max cr. And I was using snow devil on cooldown so I had 2 devils up at a time for about 6 seconds
