why do i keep gtting disconected before i ge to my character screen?

And as usual I get garbage in my time capsule. 3 complex materials, 5 soder cola ultimate, 2 collection pieces, 1 focusing element VIII...all, with the exception of the new collections pieces, are things I have tons of. No emblem, no aura, nothing I might actually want. This will be the one and only time I actually buy a stabilizer. I'll get them piecemeal from now on.

For the record, Mepps, I had no issue logging in on PC. Might be a regional thing?

I also am getting the disconnected error message and I am also on steam.

the error I'm getting is <0x0010> also if you have to fix it how long would that take? Sorry for asking, also I'm in the US using steam and PC.

I was looking forward to these but given the garage I've gotten so far after the keys I got with my loyalty points are gone I'm done .
