I was saving up on my nc alt to buy the anchor, i had more than 500 certs, 2 hours later i login again and i have 40 certs.. .just wtf? I go to my character stats and it doesn't display i've unlocked things that i'm not aware of... Wow, i know this game has a lot of bugs but this... Fortunately i wasn't near 1000 but it's bad anyway..
