It has 125 dmg now per bullet (was 143 a while ago), and ROF seems to be reduced as well (I think it was over 500).
It's RoF was recently(ish) buffed and it has had 125 damage since launch. The Mercy had it's max damage lowered from 143 to 125, but I don't believe any of the TR MAX weapons have had their RoFs lowered.
