In game it says Anchor at max rank increases reload speed by 48%. So is that rate of reload increase by 48% or reload time decrease by 48%. If it is the rate of reload then all I need to do to get a max out AP is 2/1.48, If it is the reload time decrease by 48% then all I need to do is 2x0.52, I think it is the 2/1.48 based on anchor description. But when I test it in VR it feels like my reload is twice as fast which would be the 2x0.52 reload speed. I want to know which one it is so I don't give false info anyone. The difference is between 1.35135 seconds, and 1.04 seconds.
Roughly ~1.2 +1 second. ~1.2 is the reload (down from 2.5 uncerted/non-anchor), the last second are the two 0.5 refire delays, which is never changed.
